CONDITIONS

1. All Hot Works will be shrouded/screened, with measures taken as not to affect any other vessel or general public. 2. Applicant hereby indemnifies Ports North against any damage either person or property as a result of undertaking Hot/Cold Work. 3. Applicant to advise Trinity Petroleum Marlin Wharf or other refuelling agents within the vicinity of Hot Work. 4. Full compliance with all application legislation including: --- Port Notices --- International Marine Dangerous Goods Code ---Australian Standard - AS3846-2005 --- International Safety Guide for Oil Tankers & Terminals (ISGOTT) ---Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Regulation 2004 --- Transport Infrastructure Act 1994 --- Workplace Health & Safety Act of 2011 5. Hot/Cold Worker must abide by Authorised Officer's directions 6. Ports North reserves the right to withdraw this approval at any time without notice. 7. Compliance with the Port of Cairns cyclone contingency plan.
