Tropical Cyclone Jasper Update #2

The Regional Harbour Master has announced a red alert for the ports of Mourilyan, Cairns, Port Douglas, Cooktown and Cape Flattery at 9am this morning.
Destructive winds, swell, rain or flooding forecast is forecast within 6 hours.
Vessels should have enacted their safety plans noting the ports will be closed and/or vessel movements restricted.
