Ports North welcomes a triple treat next week

The Port of Cairns will be abuzz with visitors as cruise ships carrying more than 8,000 passengers and crew arrive at the Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal over Tuesday and Wednesday next week.

 Sun Princess will be first into port at 0645hrs on Tuesday October 22, arriving from PNG with 2,760 passengers and crew. After a day alongside she will depart at 1600hrs bound for Darwin.

 On the same day, Maasdam will follow in at 0800hrs arriving from Townsville and carrying 2035 passengers and crew. She will also depart at 1800hrs bound for Darwin.

 On Wednesday Explorer Dream will arrive at the Cruise liner Terminal at 0600hrs having sailed from Darwin and will carrying 3,380 passengers and crew. She is expected to depart at 1600hrs bound  for Gladstone.
